"The Landings"

Two of the nicest tracts in Woodbridge Irvine are Landing I and Landing II. 

"The Landings" consists of only Single Family Residence detached homes. Both tracks are "inside the Loop" and a wonderful community spirit exists.


Look - Most homes get beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Don't expect to see many homes in "The Landings" on the market for sale. Usually when one is offered for sale, it is snapped up pretty fast! 

Only three are listed for sale right now, and these are 22 Emerald, 43 Emerald, (both in Landing II), and 20 Quiet Moon, in Landing I.

Six homes have sold so far in 2010, and these are:
